If you create a new address book entry, you will have the possibility of inserting a person's name, address, phone, mobile and fax numbers, as well as various details about his business. Creating a client entry requires inserting the same information about a person, but instead of his business, you will be able to add other details regarding home requirements. The program allows you to specify the required house style, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage and more. The address book and clients list can be viewed on separate tables of contents, which come with numerous filtering options.

Home entries can be created just like client entries. Instead of client information, you will insert details about the home owner and the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and other details that are the home's specifications, not requirements. A series of calculators are available as well. Besides a traditional calculator, you can find other tools as well, that will help you calculate future payments, loans and more.
